Enquiries and bookings

When you send a booking request we keep your name, email address, dates and everything you tell us about your dog. We use it to arrange the trial afternoon and the stay, and to send the evening messages during it. We keep enquiry records for twelve months after the last message.

Guest records

For every dog that stays we hold feeding instructions, medication schedules, vaccination records and the notes from the trial afternoon. Our veterinary partner holds a copy of each guest’s record while the stay is active so treatment is never delayed.

Photos and messages

The pictures in your evening message are yours. We only use a guest’s photo on this website or our social pages if you have said yes in writing first, and you can withdraw that yes at any time.

What we never do

• We never sell personal data to anyone.
• We never use your details for marketing you did not ask for.
• We never keep vaccination records longer than a year after the last stay.

Your rights

Write to hello@wagglebarndaycare.com and a person will answer: what we hold about you, a copy of it, a correction, or deletion where the law allows. We reply within thirty days.
